Worth It Dolphins and Perfect Snorkeling

Unforgettable Snorkeling & Dolphin Sightings at Mnemba
I had an amazing time on the Half Day Mnemba Island Tour. The boat ride was smooth and the crew was super friendly and professional.
Once we reached the Mnemba Atoll, the snorkeling was incredible — crystal clear water, tons of colorful coral, and so many tropical fish! We were even lucky enough to see dolphins on the way there which made the trip even more special.
Everything was well organized from pickup to drop-off. Equipment was provided and the guides made sure everyone felt safe in the water. Half a day was the perfect amount of time — enough to enjoy without feeling rushed.

Mnemba Island Snorkeling Was The Highlight of Our Trip
If you go to Zanzibar, you have to do the Mnemba Island tour. We booked with Saving Tour and they delivered exactly what they promised.
We were lucky to see dolphins in the morning and even got to swim near them. It was such a special moment! The snorkeling at Mnemba was also amazing – clear blue water, healthy coral, and so many tropical fish everywhere.

Half Day Snorkeling at Mnemba Island
08:30 AM – Meeting & Departure
Meet us at the designated meeting point, Nungwi Inn Restaurant. Our friendly guide will welcome you aboard our traditional dhow boat. After a brief introduction and safety briefing, we will set sail for Mnemba Island.
09:00 AM – Boat Ride to Mnemba Island
Enjoy a scenic dhow ride across the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Admire the beautiful coastline of Zanzibar and keep an eye out for dolphins, which are often spotted along the way.
09:45 AM – Arrival at Mnemba Island and Snorkeling
Arrive at the famous Mnemba Island Marine Conservation Area and spend around 2 hours snorkeling in its crystal-clear waters. Discover colorful coral reefs, tropical fish, and, if you're lucky, sea turtles and dolphins.
11:45 AM – Relax on the Sandbank (if Low Tide)
If the tide permits, we will stop at a nearby sandbank where you can relax, take photos, and enjoy the stunning turquoise surroundings before heading back.
12:00 PM – Departure from Mnemba Island
Board the dhow and enjoy a relaxing cruise back to the meeting point while taking in the beautiful ocean views.
12:30 PM – Arrival at Meeting Point and Tour End
